100 Crunches a day is why I used to have one.
50 straight up
50 to the right
50 to the left
Another 50 straight up
It really doesn't take that long to do the crunches, and it's very difficult once you get used to it. It will tak a month or so for you to start seeing results.

PLEASE don't make the mistake of trying to "crunch" your way to pretty abs. you can't. spot-training Does Not Work.
here's the secret: you already have a six-pack. it's right there, but it's covered with fat.
to get the fat off, you have to do cardio. i'd not advise going straight into 5-mile-a-day runs, because you could shock your body into keeping the fat instead of losing it.
there's just no way around it. walk, run, swim, bike, stair-climb, whatever, but the cardio has got to happen. you can do all the crunches you want, but if you're not doing cardio, you're still going to pinch an inch or three.
do NOT drink protein drinks. DO drink lots of water and get enough fiber, which will help with any bloating or water retention.
i'm a yoga fan - it takes some time to see results, but the results are fantastic - and not just physical, either.
but whatever you do, mix it up. your body wants to be the most efficient machine it can be, which means that if you do the same ab work every day, eventually the muscles won't develop any more. plus you're get totally bored.

why? you'll need to take in more protein and maintain it for ever and ever.
your heart won't like you for it... nor will your organs. sit ups... and knee crunches will do just fine.
6 packs are... well for show mostly and it takes way too much to maintain.
once you lose interest in keeping that 6 pack going... you'll get plump down there due to all the materials (proteins and fats) in order to get enough to bulk up to create that look in the first place. i've seen too many who wanted to build up their bodies like that after a while when they get flabby it looks terrible.
just being slim down there with some tone is best.. your kidney's, intestines and your pancreas will appreciate it in the long run.
it's good to be tight down there but a pack is too much.

Yeah, just about every gas station sells six packs. Crunches my man, lotsa crunches. And leg lifts. lay on your back, put your hands under your butt and lift your legs about a foot high for 30 second increments, or a minute if you're already in shape

Drop your current calories by about 200, lower fat and carb levels and increase protein. Then go for leg raises and ab crunches every other day to begin with, then you can step it up once you have started to boost recovery times. Cardio would be a good idea for general fat burn and fitness too. All the best

Do crunches everyday. You will feel a difference within a couple of days in your muscles. Now remember the muscles are there you just need to burn off that's on top of them.

Do crunches like they're going out of style.
Just make sure that you crunch to the right and left as well as straight up so that the sides of your abdomen get toned as well.
