VERY localized, maybe an area the size of a silver dollar at max. Mostly when i stretch my back, sit/stand ect.
My stomaches not swollen.
Ideas?

I have no belly button piercing, and haha no new postitions last night or the night before

when i poke or push in at it, it does hurt. but there is no swelling or lump

is it by your piercing? did you try a new position last night?

my son had something similar and it was right below belly button but attached as well and it was wrapping around some cords, it was like a piece of fiber and they removed it all no problems but he was pin pointing the exact location and telling Dr where it was.
Have the Dr xray that area and look for fiber or grissel wrapping around muscle etc.

COULD BE A HERNIA GO CHECK WITH YOUR DR AND LET HIM KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND THEN TAKE THE STEPS FROM THERE
