Anyone else ever get nervous the first few times a guy calls you? Or guys- when a girl calls you? I do. It's not really that I can't think of anything to say. I could keep the convo going. It's just like I worry that I sound nervous & that my voice is shaking or something. I'm fine face to face. Weird. Anyone else?

Don't think about sounding nervous. That will make you more nervous. It's perfectly natural to be nervous on the phone. That's what they call "butterflies". Everyone thinks they sound funny and nobody else even notices. Just relax. If you can keep the conversation going, that's a great start b/c some people can't even do that. Just remember he's just as nervous as you are. And being nervous is kind of cute to both male and female.

That would be me, I can talk to a person face to face and be all good, but the first time I talk to them on the phone I get really nervous!

Yes, I get very nervous. And I dont even know what to say. And when there is a moment of silence. I feel bad because I think that he wont be interested in me anymore, and wont ever call me again.LOL. But its very normal.

im kinda the opposite. why be scared on the phone? when u do sumthin dumb or crazy he wont know, jus dont say anything dum or crazy. jus relax, that will make the conversation more exciting. A SIMPLE TIP: start off by asking each other about urselfs. GOOD LUCK and ENJOY!!!!!!!!

yea i do get really nervous but after awhile i get use to talking to the person and it goes away but the first couple of time yea...i think everyone goes through that

Dont talk on the phone use text messaging , you get more out that way as appose to the phone when you hold things back , try it .
