I've been looking for an 'old' W.W. recipe. It used powdered milk...crushed ice (cubes)....flavoring....anything else I'm not sure. It was probably more than 15 or 20 years ago. I lost my recipe..Need ingredients and quantities. Thanks.

is that sherbet or halo halo? a milk shake?..we need more details... But i can share a recipe thats low fat:)

LINDA'S WEIGHT WATCHERS MILK SHAKE

1 3/ c. powdered non-fat milk
1/3 c. cold water
1 packet Equal or sweetener to taste
1 tsp. vanilla or other flavor
7 - 12 crushed ice cubes

Blend powdered non-fat milk, water, sweetener and flavoring in a blender until non-fat milk powder is all dissolved. Add ice cubes and crush or blend on "liquefy" until thick and creamy. Any extract or flavoring of your choice works nicely. Example: 1/2 teaspoon rum extract plus 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring; or 1/2 teaspoon banana extract or 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract or 1 teaspoon strawberry flavoring. Be Creative! Vary your milk shakes by varying the extracts. For fruit milk shakes, add any fresh fruit before adding ice. 1/2 banana tastes very good this way. 1/2 cup berries may be added. Be creative. This is a very low-calorie, tasty drink that I enjoy in the summer. Makes 1 serving

I merely make up my own WW soups. Any veggie soups are low in factors. One I extremely love is Tomato Basil Soup. I made the recipe up so quantities are approximate. 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped a million clove garlic, minced a million c onion, chopped a million c basil leaves, finely chopped 3 large (the most important length, they're about 28 oz..i imagine) cans of total tomatoes, chopped and use liquid too 2 cartons low sodium hen broth a million tbsp pepper a million tsp cayenne pepper a million tbsp Mrs. sprint Saute the onion, carrots, celery and garlic in a pan (utilizing non-stick cooking spray) till smooth. In a pot sufficiently huge to carry each of the soup substances, pour contained in the inventory, upload the vegetables, tomatoes (with liquid) and seasonings. deliver to a sluggish boil then turn all the way down to simmer. After 20 min upload basil, practice dinner for 10 more effective min. Puree 1/2 the soup utilizing a blender and go back it to the pot and stir all of it at the same time. get exhilaration from!!!!! 0 factors!!!!!!!
