I am not fat, I just want abbs and pecks... I weight 203 pounds and I use to weight 230. I have been working on my weight for about 4 months. Well now that I am near my target weight I want to start tune some muscle. Is there anyway to burn the little bit of fat I have left and start getting my stomach to show that six pack I had when I was 8. Also I am 17 right now.

Also I am on a diet and I drink alot of water, I get daily exercise all the time especially from work but it's not enough.

Walk every day as much as you can stand it.
And the Ab loungers are great you should also try that.

I bought the book because I was amazed at the picture of the testimonials that they showed.

But 12 weeks is hell of a long time and I did try their programme for like 6 weeks. I did see my body shaping up somewhat but alas, I did not finish the program due to some unforseened circumstances ;)
