Ok yes he does work alot of hours!!
And theres one friend he does like cause one of his friend said that my friend said something about him and it hurt his feelings it's that he said she said game!!

There are many reason he's acting this way. Ask him. Does he have a job? Maybe your friends don't treat him nicely, or they just don't get along.
If he doesn't have a good reson, dump him. Boyfriends and girfriends come and go.

the only case in which something like that would be acceptable would be one in which your friends were constantly abusing him or making jokes at his expense. if that were the case, i would completely sympathize with him. however, i assume that is not the case, in which case you need to sit down with him and find out exactly why he doesnt want to go out. only by talking with him can you hope to fix the situation enough for him to feel comfortable going out with you and your friends. communication is the key here.

Maybe you're friends are losers.
Also, if he works a lot of hours maybe he's just too tired.
