Having never won anything and now she fires a great caddie like it was his fault she cant hit the golf ball straight. A woman, scratch that a girl who get exemptions all the time never earns a thing and now blames her caddie because she cant win. Winning is learned in golf as a junior and on up. Maybe she should try to win the US girls junior ametuer instead of the US open. GO AWAY UNTIL YOU WIN SOMETHING, ANYTHING.

There are a lot of players on the PGA who have never won a tournament. Should they "go away" until they win something, or are they okay because they're adult men and not female teenagers? As for the caddy situation, obviously she's not firing the guy because she can't hit the ball straight (which she can), but if he's constantly giving her bad advice (like poor distances and/or club suggestions) or misreading greens, then she's got every right to fire the guy. A poor caddy also shakes a player's confidence, which is necessary to win tournaments. A caddy is also supposed to keep their golfer calm, cool and collected when the pressure is on. If she misses two makeable putts per round because the caddy misreads the break, those eight strokes over the course of the tournament can be the difference between a win and 25th place. She's got every right to fire the guy if it's that kind of a situation or if he fails in any of those other responsibilities.

She gets it the rest of you don't; you're problem is you don't like her, resent her success and jump on everything she does. Tiger fired Fluff a legendary caddie, because of results due to his his not listening to Fluff's advice. The only reason his father gave was that Tiger needed no co-star and Fluff is too well known. Why are you not upset with him, why did you never criticize him? Can you say hypocrisy? Tiger has shown no matter the results -- change is necessary that's why he's the best male golfer - and after Annika, Michelle is the best female and the future of golf, along with Paula Creamer. Sorry Morgan Pressel, Natalie Gulbis and etc.

she's not an amateur anymore by the way so she cant do the amateur tournaments(duh!), maybe she should stay in the LPGA
