Deep Fried Tofu With Asian Plum Sauce or Thai Peanut Sauce
This is a crunchie, healthy, no meat appetizer. You can serve with the sauces I have posted or your favorite store bought!
1 lb firm tofu, cut into 1 inch squares and towel dried
1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper, to season
For dipping
asian plum sauce
thai peanut sauce
spicy peanut sauce
your favorite sauce
24 appetizers
1. Mix together sesame seeds, sugar, cornstarch& flour.
2. Roll tofu in sesame mixture till well coated.
3. Heat oil in skillet till hot.
4. Fry squares till well browned.
5. Drain on paper towels& set aside.
6. Arrange on a platter& serve warm with the sauce.

Firm tufo cubed 1tbl spoon worchestershire, 1 tsp ground ginger, salt and pepper, sliced zucchini's, tomatoes red onion and red or green peppers saute tofue whochestershire and ginger in pan when light browned add veggies and saute 5 minute more or until veggies are crisp salt and pepper to tase serve over brown rice.

Bok Choy Salad
1 medium head of Bok Choy ( chinese cabbage ) washed and chopped bite size
1 C. of sliced almonds
1 C. tofu, diced
1 C. washed sliced strawberries
Warm Dressing:
1/2 C. peanut oil
1/2 C. Raspberry or red vinegar
2 t. sugar
Coat salad well with warm dressing. Enjoy!

Yes it is called Tofu toss you cook some veggies your favorite and some cooked rice with chicken favor add and toss the Tofu that stuff is nasty.

Put the tofuuuuuu on a plank of wood bake at 400 for 35 min remove scrape tofuuuuu off the plank eat the plank.
