my symptoms are pain in my throat, inflamation and redness of my tonsils(they are touching my uvula!), slight inflamation of my left throat, pain in my left inner ear(if I put my finger in my left ear my ear pain ceases i might have tonsilitis and planning to do tonisillectomy in thanksgiving break and my age is 11 if that helps and it feels like i have something stuck behind my tonsils.

You need to see a doctor now. May be strep which causes heart problems when untreated and joint problems. A culture has to be done naked eye can not tell. See a doc
