Already two times this year, I've gotten this bad mucus problem, where it's in my nose and throat, and then I get a soar throat because the mucus is so thick in my throat.

I've got it again, but I'm not as sick as I was before. It's SO ANNOYING. Yesterday, I was having a really difficult time breathing because (I'm guessing) a bunch of mucus got in my lungs, I mean really, it was scaring me, but I'm better now.

Please tell me now I get rid of this stupid mucus!! Anybody? Thanx.

You have a sinus infection. For the love of God, go to a doctor and get some medication for it and stop complaining.

You've probably got candida (yeast) in your body. Check the many sites on the internet on how to get rid of it. The diet you have to go on is pretty strict for a short time, but the benefits are so great it's worth it, and the mucus problem WILL disappear. I'm speaking from personal experience. Good luck

It sounds like a cold, or allergies. Go to see your doctor, who can help you get rid of the mucus by finding out what the source is. However, if it's just a cold, then take some sudafed/sinutab which will dry it up and get rid of it. But see a doctor to find out if it's not a cold that's causing it.
