#1) Aged father & mother because they have look after us, they have suffer for us and they have work hard and grown up us very carefully. Now in their old age they need to look after them and that is why our first duty is to serve them, look after them. Is it not charity begins at home?
#2) Nation. Because if your nation will be saved then only your culture, people, religion and your self-respect will be saved. So nation must be #2
#3) Sick and handicap people because they need help from others. God’s teachings are that who will serve for sick, handicap and people who are in difficulties will serve for me, for God. God don’t want service from you but he wants you to be serving for others. If you pray for God request him he will do everything for you even he will serve for you. If you look after your father and mother, sick and handicap, orphans and who are in difficulties then God himself look after you, he will serve for you

Well, it depends on how I need to serve. If I can serve God by living by his word, then that is #1. If I can only serve God (by your definition here) by becoming a nun or a clergy person, then that is #4.
#1 Aged father and mother because they have taken care of me in my life
#2 Nation because I participate in community service. If called to do so, I would also serve in the military.
#3 Sick and handicapped people because they need help
#4 God (see note above - this could also be #1 depending on definition)
#5 Religion as an institution (I assume this would be going into the clergy, which I really do not believe is my calling)

Love your neighbor Matt: 22:39 And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[c] 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."
Wife: Ephesians 5:25: Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her
Father and mother Exodus 20:12 "Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
Nation: Romans 13:1-5 (RSV): 1 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.

#3: God. Because while doing all the others, I AM serving Him if I do it UNTO Him. (All the others except #4 Religion, cus religion is mindless, self serving, and greedy.)

God is always first for me, because that's what we're asked as Christians to do. Love God, then love one another. The rest will fall into place according to His purpose.
