Ive just dyed my hair and some of the dye got onto my face. iI did get as much of it as I can off before it set but there are still some remnants left. Any ideas how to get rid of it. Much obliged.

this really does work..
If you do have hair dye stains, there are commercial removers to be bought at hair salons (after all, they make mistakes too), but you can get the same results with your toothpaste. The make up of toothpaste means that it contains just enough abrasive to help remove the dye from your skin, without irritating it. Rub it in with your gloved fingers, or use an old toothbrush.

My sister is a hairdresser and said the only thing that lifts hairdye (boxed dye) is more boxed dye. you most probz havent got any left so just use conditioner but for future reference. Also before applying hairdye .. put vasaline(petrolium jelly) on your hairline all the way round that way it just wipes off.

It is very difficult to remove.... you could try nail polish remover then rub it with cotton wool and soap afterwards but basically I think it will have to wear off as you wash each day. Next time put some vaseline on your hairline before you apply dye.

First try a hand or face cream. If that doesn't work than either rubbing alcohol or peroxide. Other than that, you can get a sunburn and wait for your skin to peel! Wait it out. It will always come out with normal washing.

if its an emergency like you have to go to work or something i sometimes use a q tip and a little bit of bleach.... i know i know it sounds crazy and it sounds like it would mess up your skin so if you have real sensitive skin dont do it. and i only use it on the spot but if its not a big emergency then it comes off in like a day or two

use a baby wipe and give it a good rub if thaty doesnt work the only option is nail varnish remover but becareful espessial if you have sensivive skin, on and off else you head with be bright red instead of the colour you've died it. good luck

if it dries a little, just take a cutip and dip in the leftover hair color and rub over dried area....trust me this works. or you can take a cutip and dampen it and dip into ciggarette ashes if you smoke and then rub on dried color. another option is use rubbing alcohol after your hair is done, i color my hair at home all the time and use these tricks.......plus i took cosmetology.

Go to your local pool, the chlorine in the water will fade it fast. You can also try fairy dishwasher if you don't want to go out yet.
