I'll use anything but pork. I usually use crescent rolls (laid flat) for the dough and it tastes oh so yummy. My husband bought me some Boboli pizza bread, so today I will use that. What do you think? I have to run to the market to get the meat. I have everything else. Thanks!

Bacon. But make sure it's cooked before you put it on the pizza. It tastes better, and comes out much more crispy!

Try making a taco pizza!
Taco Pizza Recipe
1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1 prepared pizza crust
1 cup salsa
1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup coarsely crushed reduced fat tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
Brown ground turkey and taco seasoning according to package directions. If using a pizza dough mix, prepare following package directions. If using prepared pizza dough, top with salsa, taco meat, cheese and tortilla chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is browned. Remove from oven, top with shredded lettuce and olives and slice into 6 pieces.

proscuitto is a personal favorite of mine. goes well w/ extra garlic, onions and mushrooms
shrimp can be good as well. you can pre-cook it (grilling adds a nice dimension) and then scatter it on during the last couple minutes of cooking so it doesn't get too dried out.
grilled chicken with barbeque sauce base and cheddar is also a nice change.

Do not worry about what meat to use .
Use 3 types of cheese fresh tomatoes mushrooms and
of course oregano.

I'm making homemade pizza tonight myself... I just got done with making the dough.
You could use hamburger...some already roasted chicken pieces...
