The best way to whiten your teeth quickly and get them their whitest is to have your dentist make custom molds of your teeth and provide you with peroxide gel that's a lot stronger than the stuff you can get in the stores. Unfortunately, that's also the most expensive. My brother-in-law had good luck with Crest Premium White Strips. After he used those, he kept it up by using Rembrandt whitening toothpaste.

For me ,Inever found that brushing my teeth
ever whitened them.Even when brushing three
times a day.On the other hand there is one toothpaste called "Colgate Luminous" I think that
makes them look very shiny and polished.But for
a good whitening product that I'm sure works very good I would advise Crest White Strips Premium.They work.I know from experience.

Brush them with salt, but do not make them too white as that indicates that you might have a genetic disease.
