I have many favorites but one is Chinese black bean ice cream. It's a light mauve color and tastes slightly like cherry vanilla ice cream. It's very good, also it's healthful.

mine is exclusively from the philippines brand. selecta with flavor-ube and macapuno. it is the purple yam and the young coconut sport. every time we have potluck in our office, someone always bring that and other loved it even it is not an american made. the taste is creamy for the yam and chewy for the young coconut sport. other wonder about the color purple, if it's food coloring, it's the real thing. when they taste it, they often request the place where we got it from.
