is it true that in NY they sell like shoes and jerseys and other clothing REALLY REALLY CHEAP? And if so where at? like what area?

Times Square surrounding blocks , Vendors are right out there on the walks.
Also at the entrance of Central Park there a few of them .But just a few

East Harlem. 3rd ave from 106 street up to 125th. You can get all that garbage there.
