Well, the first thing you do is not to let on for the time being. Whether you do or do not love her now, you did at one point, and you have placed her in a very vulernable state now, with a child on the way, and she deserves your support. You also owe it to yourself to give it strongly and freely, as if you behave ignobly here, you will have the rest of your life to reflect upon not standing up to your responsibilities as a man.
If things do not work out in the long run, in terms of your relationship, well, that is a bridge you can cross later, though you must, you simply must stay with your responsibilities to your child. For now though, the kind thing, the thing you can be proud of for the rest of your life, is not to desert your former love in her hour of need, nor to give her any reason to suspect you are her unwilling partner. Besides, you may find in the long run that you are frightened at the prospect of becoming a father--not at all uncommon among first time parents, father or mother--and that your trepidation has colored your perspective about your girlfriend. Give yourself and her a little time.

Maybe your sudden I don`t love you anymore is fear because of the changes you both will encounter with the pregnancy, some people can make it just fine without being together because of a baby~decide what you really want b4 you make such a decision not only does it effect the both of you, theres a baby to think about~But I do not think any 2 people should have to stay together loveless because of a baby,in the long run its worse in the end.

i cant get anyone pregnant, but to answer your questions,it would really break her heart that now that shes pregnant you dont love her anymore.she might go into a serious depression.but you cant make yourself love anyone that you dont either and if you try your just gonna end up totally regretting that person ever came into your life.your gonna hold a lot of resentment.so if you really think you dont love her anymore you just gotta be honest and try to protect her heart while your doing it.and still be there for the baby emotionally and financially when he or she is born.i can tell you this if you tell her that you dont love her anymore now shes gonna think its because shes pregnant more than likely.so your up the creek either way.

If the baby is your and you honestly don't love her try to end it as friends. It will be hard at first but you don't want the baby to grow up with parents that hate each other and resent each other or worse they may even resent the child. So end it ASAP, so you can quickly get a handle on the things that are best for the baby.

Be good to her anyways. Take care of your child and her until she is able to go back to work. Always be a big part of your child's life.

You have to take responsibility even though that is the case. Otherwise you shouldn't get her pergnant in the first place.

be there for your child. thats pretty much it. you don't have to love her anymore but that doesnt make the kid any less yours. any child needs both their parents, separated or not.
