I think liar as he is now being sued by several of those he highlighted in '9/11' for taking sound bites and stringing them together to misrepresent what was said....and what about his saying he would never own a piece of stock...and he own several...including halliburton's. also what about he saying he is the champion of the little guy but he's a multi-millionaire who owns several homes, gas eating suv's and stocks in companies he has gone on record as saying are facist. m.m. is no documentary producer, its called mockumentary and anyone who believes his crap is a pathetic loser who doesn't even have enough sense to find out the truth

Ironic isn't it that some of you justify his lying so that he can make a point...doesn't the fact he lies makes his point invalid?! And to top it all off you idiots try to detract from his actions by bringing up Bush or Republicans or whatever....the facts are the facts and the truth the truth no matter what you believe. Can't take the heat....stay outta the kitchen ppl

To you who see him for what he really is: goes to show you there are intelligent and well informed people in this world who are not afraid to stand up for whats right and don't fall for the liberal bomb throwers rhetoric.

c231arty - quite the bigot aren't u. you assume a lot about someone you don't know...the point being mm lied & its ok but if it were bush who said he'd never own stock but esp. in halliburton and did you'd want him fried and served up warm....what you're saying is called biased if you don't get it then look it up. as for what you assume i am, you don't know jack but isn't that the way dem/libs always do they assume and throw verbal bombs without facts or the truth....stay that way though you just help others see you and your ilk for what you really are.

You sound like one of those gun lovin, anti union, right to work, Geo. W , Dick Cheney republicans. Are you P.Oed. because a liberal accually has the nerve to buy stock, and try to get ahead? If any body is a looser it is you. What about Bowling for Columbine? He actually got a major chain to remove weapons and ammo from there store. That's your problem. As a right winger you think everybody should be armed. Just for the record, I have three weapons. I am not anti gun, but all the gun lovers vote republican beacues they think they will loose ther guns and have to take a bath and get a hair cut. Loose your tunnel vision and be thankfull you live in a country that allows a Micheal Moore and a fraud and loud mouth like Rush Limbaugh to speak up for what they believe. Oh, by the way, I believe Rush is a doper. Micheal Moore has never been busted for controlled substance and had to go to rehab.

Moore has what amounts to a rarely deniable sense of humor, but he has bad tastes and distorts reality quite a bit. This makes him only partially better than just about anyone else on television.

As a general rule, the real 'champions of the little guy' are kept off of the airwaves.

Opportunist; He saw an opportunity to capitalize on a disaster and a President{republican] to attack. The Country was frightened and ready for some answers How did this happen?? Moore stepped up and presented a muckraker film. Don't we all like a little dirt?? It's OKay just don't take it for gospel.

I have not met anyone yet that is totally a saint or totally a sinner. I think that Michael Moore wanted to highlight a certain point of view, and he slanted everything so that it showed only the point of view he wanted. That doesn't necessarily make him a liar, unless you also consider every congressman, senator or politician a liar as well. Hmmm, well, I guess they are liars, aren't they? Anyway, like most people, he is both

and what do you call the war on Iraq is not a big fat lie and the war on Vietnam was not a big fat lie , come on at least he calls a spade a spade , if he is sued , he is sued because , he is telling his truth which does not mesh with other ppl truths ....

we are nation that is supposed to listen to alternate point of views.

and if he is a millionaire , who has a point of view then ok , the question is he did not get his money by selling weapons and invading nations for oil supplies and taking bribes from oil companies.

at least he speaks for the "poor man " and yet making money , others make money at the expense of the poor man...

then again you need to tell us , what made the poor man , well, poor , is not inflicting wars and invading nations and spending tax money over this HOGWASH

M said: "we are nation that is supposed to listen to alternate point of views."

No we are not. We are a nation in which every one is entitled to state their points of view. That doesn't give you a "right" to be heard or entertained.

I can deal with Michael Moore lying-I expect it from him. What he did was much worse. He manipulated the words and voices of others to make them appear to hold one position when in fact, they do not. As far as I am concerned, he can lie all he wants to, but when he uses the voice of some one else to lie, that's about as low as a man can go.

He is a capitalist pig, just like the people he attacks. Only difference is he lies to get his money from the weak minded saps who believe his tripe. Other businesses offer a product or service of value.

He is a bit of both. The problem is that he highlighted issues in farenheight 9/11 that the government didn't want people to hear. Therefore they caused a fuss and are now sueing him. However i think he also got greedy and used his fame to make himself rich and powerful.

Liar

Yes, he has brought good points but he has also lied. His documentaries are nothing more then lies, distortions, mis-leading points, biased, mis-factual, and bassed heavily on assumptions and perspective. Now wheter you agree with him is a personal decision but I think he's an idiot and would love to debate him.
