As your body works from morning it requires rest. Hence maximum 10 O' Clock is the ideal time to go to sleep. The body requires minimum 7 hours sleep. Similarly in the day time 1/2 an hour to 45 minuets rest is necessary for the body to work better.

I find between 10:00 and 11:00. Most people really need 7 hours of sleep but a lot only get 5 or 6 hours of sleep. It's also good to go to bed at the same time every night if possible as well as get up at the same time in the morning.

As long as you get 8 or more hours of sleep. I need 10, because I'm 13. I go to bed at 10 during school and 12 during vacation.

I love sleep at 10-11pm... lately because of jet lag I've been going to bed at 2-3am... which SUCKS
A study I found a while ago says that people who get 6 hours are actually more healthy than the people who get the full 8 hours.

There's no 'best' time. Make sure you get 8 hours a night. Never go to sleep before you feel tired, otherwise you'll have a bad night sleep.

Depends when you wake up.
Ideally:
Wake up: 6 I Bedtime: 10:30/11
Wake up: 7 I Bedtime: 11:30
Wake up: 7:30 I Bedtime: 11:45
Wake up: 8 I Bedtime: 12
If you're waking up later than eight, it usually implies a sleep-in.
Therefore, use your discretion.

It does not matter when you sleep, as long as you have at least 7.5 hours of sleep. However, I still recommend you to sleep before 10:00 PM.
