I wasn't on both of them ,just ativan.
All I can tell you is that the ativan knocked me out. Even when I got a full nights rest, I wanted to sleep more the next day. I was incredibly grouchy, even on half the pill.

Zoloft just made me sick after two pills and I throw them away and felt much better. Pills can't solve you problems, just make them worse.
