That depends, She could mean that she wants the friends with benefits or she may be trying to not let you know she's falling too fast. girls get attached faster than guys. we are always looking for that one guy, (THE GUY). Be care full, if your not ready for something serious you have to enforce that, but on the other hand if you are looking for something serious you need to get the complete full picture from her point of view. Have a talk, don't jump to conclusions. Be honest and demand it in return.
