ok is a man with a fit body a turn on? not a musclehead but one that you can look at and just tell he takes care of himself?it is just a question, i am not shallow.....just wondering..or does it really even matter. i am in my 30's

HELL YEAH, i love a fit man, but not a walking beefcake, someone comfy in their own skin, and athletic, it makes women swoon, especially when ur humble about it. AHHHH-----------

Well fit is much better, not only is he healthier looking he literally is more healthy and therefore he has self-love, that says a lot about the person. He takes care of himself therefore he may take good care of you...another thing if he is so healthy he probably has a very healthy sexual appetitie, thats always important. Like you said not a musclehead but one that is at least slim and taught. Not riped completly with a six pack but thin...

Once you are in your 30's, most women have matured past choosing their dates based on physical appearance. If a man looks like he spends too much time worrying about his looks, it's a turn off unless you're a woman who spends way too much time worrying about her looks. You know, the kind of woman who can't get ready to go out in less than two hours.
You shouldn't let yourself go, but being too fit is a sign of a shallow person. I'm not saying that you are, but it is a warning sign.

Being that I am a little older than you, I'm not sure if my answer will be valid with today's generation. While it is nice to see a well groomed, fit man, it doesn't say anything about himself, who he is, what is he all about, what are his beliefs, goals, attitude and such. I think his inner being is so much more important than his body shape. Being a little older, sometimes you can't help that your body is not quite the way you would like it. I would judge a man more for his sensitivity, values, goals and cleanliness.

it not as important to us unlike men with women if you have a body along with what we like great if not we still love you but we will tell are girlfriends he has a nice body,anybody with a body is attractive but i think that excitement eventually goes away its how you treat the woman that's counts,some women also these days look for stability a good profession is more attractive to some .
