so why aren't we dating?

I have this guy friend of three years who totally confuses me, were both 25, and like the same things and always have a good time when we hang out. He has even introduced me as his wife. Last year we were watching a movie and he gave me an intensive foot rub, he is always hugging me, holding my hand or even kissing me on the forehead. The next week after the foot rub I sent him an e-mail basically saying I enjoyed it and he should come over to watch movies more often. I know this was a bad idea. His response was basically that he was sorry for leading me on for a really long time and that wasn’t fair and that he really thought I was a smart, beautiful girl but he only wanted to me friends and he hoped I could for give him. Needless to say after that things were weird for a while and we didn’t know how to act around each other. Now however were back to are old ways flirting like crazy, hand holding, back rubbing. He has even been introducing me as his wife. so whats going on

You need to tell him to either S#@T or get off the pot!! Just sit him down and let him know that his behavior is confusing the heck out of you and you want to know what's up! Now if you like the way things are and you know he's not interested in doing anything more than this then enjoy it. Otherwise tell him to tone it down a bit.

Maybe he's scared of committment...either that or he just doesn't want to get into a relationship because he scared of losing...He might not want to get into a relationship because relationships do turn out bad...he might see you as a "Best Friend" or "A Good Friend", but also as a GirlFriend, there is only one way to keep them both without losing your friendship...Say your friends and your not going out...But treat as a GirlFriend...
