How do you fight c.p.s ? " AND WIN "?

C.P.S. took my children from me, because i was in a very abusive relationship. Because i was not going home alot they have terrminated my rights. they say the reason is "stabillity " I have filed an appeal. If you have any advice that will help me it would be greatly appriciated. "PLEASE HELP" ! ! !

Keep Working with the judge. and stop thinking you did nothing wrong..you left..when you talk to the judge.ask for a lawyer and keep doing what they want.....................

If you love your kids and want them back then do what ever your caseworker and the judge decides is best for the kids.
