Yes I do, my ex used to wear those little short shorts and revealing halter tops to little league games! The men all loved it but made me kinda mad. There is a time and place for all that in my opinion.

Depends on my mindset and the day of the week.
It also depends on if you are in the west or the east. In the east people generally dress more conservatively , while in the west people dress more provocatively. I think honestly it differs from person to person.

The answer to both is no.
I like to dress well, and I expect her to dress to look her best (or sexisest if that's what she wants). I actually get bothered if she insists on wearing something that's unflattering.
