Do a web search on exercise or even google lunge and most of the sites actually have small videos that will show you how to do. Good Luck

I prefer to do what I call "death walks," which entails walking a determined number of steps, in lunge fashion, while holding dumbbells. Or, reverse lunges on a smith machine. Instead of stepping forward, you would step backwards, while under the smith bar, loaded with weight.

put your feet apart, one in front of the other.

lean forward on your front leg, and drop down to the knee of your back leg. Then rise back up. Repeat this motion, and make sure to switch legs at some point.

Try not to let your knee go over your toe when you do it and make sure your knee is lined up with your toe so there isn't any stress on the knee.
