The ideal weight for my height is 80-82 kilos while I'm 105 kilos now. My campus interviews start this december and I don't wanna look like a human blimp in the interviews. Please suggest some method.

Losing weight isn't a mystery unless you have a genetic weight problem then medication and a doctor's supervision should be prescribe.

However for the rest of us, eating properly and regular exercise will thin you down and energize you. It isn't easy and may require you to change your lifestyle a bit.

Eating properly is as important as regular exercise. Fruits, veggies, and whatever you want but all in moderation. If your body crave it, eat it. If you don't you'll be fighting your body. You do not want to fight your body for the rest of your life. Your body knows what it needs and so you will have a craving for it.

Eat small portions each time but increase the number of times you eat in a day. This will increase your metabolism and help you burn fat faster.

Try not to eat late and then go to bed. Rather eat, then walk or move around for a time before resting.

Exercise is also a big part. It helps builds muscle and increase your metabolism. If you have never exercise before start out gentle. You don't want to hurt yourself and not be able to exercise anymore. Then you'll really gain weight. Walking is a great thing to do. A hour a day will do miracles!

As you find walking easier, do it briskly. Swimming is also a great all body exercise. You won't be able to do that for an hour a day. Do not push yourself too fast or too hard. You can really hurt yourself.

Do all that and you will go down to your ideal weight. It may not be the weight you want but you will find that it takes little or no effort to keep that weight.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.

it's good that you're planning ahead. lot's of people wait until the last minute and try to lose that much weight in a month and that's not good for your health.

it's not rocket science. eat less and exercise more. if you're serious about losing weight, you're going to have to have some self-discipline. set aside at least 30 minutes at least 3 times per week for some cardio vascular exercise whether it's waking, running, biking, or going to the gym and taking aerobics class, spin class, or using one of their cardiovascular machines.

add in some strenght training whether is push-ups or using weights at the gym. more reps (10 or more) will lighter weight is probably what you want to do. but if you want to build muscle, do less reps (4 to 8) with more weight. do you watch tv for an hour per day. most people watch a lot more than that. do 20 push ups during each commercial break. there are usually 6 commercial breaks in an hour so that's 120 pushups.

drink more water and less caffeinated beverages. eat more fruits, vegetables, and lean meats and less fast food, pasta, potatoes, popcorn, potato chips, candy, junk. eat more small meals per day, eat only until you're not hungry, not until you're full.

it's really not very difficult. most people just don't have the self-discipline to do it. do you? http://www.top10healthsecrets.com

Jog 30 mins, thrice a week. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday to feel full. Cut down on fastfood and dairy products. Eat more greens and less carbohydrates. Eat a grapefruit every day.

It's not the easy route, but it works - eat only the following:
No processed sugar
No processed meats (limiting red meat strictly)
Eat only whole grain
Add more fruits and vegetables

I know quite a few people who have gone on this diet and followed it very strictly and lost weight in a consistent and safe manner.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

My weight loss story

Today I am going to introduce you my fight with my weight problem. I have been working to lose weight. What I have been doing for losing weight is waking up early in the morning around 6 am (Which is early for me as I was used to wake up around 8 in the morning).

I went out after doing the morning daily routine works. I run around 1.5 km in the morning. It is a great idea going for running in the morning as it keeps me active for the whole day. One thing I want to mention is that running is going to help us much as compared to walking. I do some easy exercise for around 30 minutes per day. After running and exercising and running, I return home.

Now I get ready for my office. Take my breakfast and reached office by 10. One thing I take care for the whole day is that I do not go for the junk food. I never get idle after taking my breakfast/lunch or dinner. I do some (around 10 minutes) walking after taking my lunch and dinner. It is very harmful to go to bad immediately after taking the dinner. So all in all I want to say that I do some activity (like walking) after my eating’s.

One thing, which I always follow, is that never drive if the distance is less than 1 km. I think it is not a difficult routine to follow.

Walking and diet. If you want, youcan progress to running. Other methods will shed the weight temporarily, but it will come back and bring friends. Trust me, I have been there. Diet and walking and weight training. You don't have to get bulky...just get your muscles working. Good luck!

Definately cut out the sodas, sugary drinks and coffee. Do drink tons of water, that will help you clean out your system, after that just eat smaller portions of meals, Healthy Choice meals (in the US) are a perfect size and they are low in fat. Don't forget to exercise too, even brisk walking will raise your heartbeat and metabolism enough to start burining calories.

Do more. Eat less. No snacking between meals or after supper. Walk everyday. I lost 25 pounds in a year just doing this.
