Yeah PETA is a scam.
Don't send your money to an organization that funds eco-terrorists.
If you are truly an animal lover send your money or donate your time to local no-kill animal rescue shelters. They are the ones that are really saving animals not publicity seeking origination's such as PETA.

Even making donations to kill shelters is a positive.
99% of the time a dog is euthenized because the shelter doesn't have the money needed to care for it any longer (such as buying food). Our shelter has enough room to hold almost 1000 dogs but usually only has 700. Unfortunetly, they need to euthenize on a regular basis because funding isn't enough to continue feeding so many mouths.
