cereal with milk is your best bet. Too much fat in the sausage biscuit. Pop tart is mostly sugar. Go for the cereal with 2% milk.

You should have the cereal. The pop tart contains too much sugar and the sausage is loaded with fat.

The cereal may be lower in fat but I think that a person needs protein in the morning so go with the sausage!

EAT A HIGH GRAIN CEREAL IT IS EASY THERE R VERY GOOD ONES OUT THERE. SKIP THE SAUSAGE. AND THE POP TARTS ARE FULL OF SUGAR WHICH TURNS TO FAT. ALSO DOES NOT GIVE U ENERGY FOR BRECKFAST WITH ALL OF THAT SUGAR.

Something with more Wheat. none of the above. They will make you only more hungry. Trust me I Use to eat the same way. Or try wheat cereal.

I would have a sausage biscuit with cheddar cheese(if you have any)and a big bowl of your favorite cereal with a banana( if you have any,and like them with your cereal)
