I played baseball for 3 1/2 hours last night and have very sore muscles today. Anybody have any suggestions to get rid of the pain and stiffness?

Stretch and move around, if you warm up a bit it'll go away.

Your body probably built up a lot of Lactic acid from the excessive workout/play, especially if this is not something you do regularly and if you overdid it. Usually when I work out, I sit in a dry sauna for about 15 minutes. It helps you to sweat the toxins out of your body and thus makes your muscles more relaxed because the built up toxins are no longer present.

Run a hot bath and add about 2 cups of Epsom Salt in it. Soak yourself til the water cools. This will help the soreness in your muscles.
