I'm just curious. Is it true that most guys will lose respect for a girl if she gives it up to quickly? I stand kinda in the middle of this cause I've slept with a guy shy of knowing him a couple days and things went on beautifully as a couple and I've dated guys who I've made wait for months and months and things exploded. Does it REALLY matter? Does it all come back to how you really feel about the other person? If either party was only into you physically and not mentally then it was not going to work no matter how long you waited? My best friend dated the same guy for three years before they had sex and then he started acting crazy and broke up with her. So is it safe to say that it is a cliche'?

you can call it whatever you want but once you sleep with a guy on the first date, he loses respect for you not because you slept with him but because you were so lose and he didnt have to work for it.. you just opened your legs at the click of his fingers. now where would the excitement in that? hold it for a bit hon.. im sure you can hold it for a few weeks. he must think you do this with every other guy.

If the guy really likes u, it really doesnt matter. But if u are being desperate, or trying to hard, or will let the guy force u into that situation, then he will lose respect for u

it not always like that. i think of women no differently after having sex. if it took years or even a couple of days. i dont lose respect for women that way but i do lose the respect for them when they cheat lie and steal.

some guys might lose respect for you but some of them might not. it all depends on the guy. but the guys who do are stupid because if they lose respect for you then they do not have any respect for themselves either because yall had sex with each other without knowing one another for that long.

It depends entirely on the guy you are sleeping with. Some like it fast, others like the chase. Frankly if you wanna get nasty, just do it and see waht happens.
