Are you serious?
Ask for chicken breast and caviar. Cheers is the toast. Up yours is only if you don't like the people you're toasting.

The first 3 would apply to a waiter and the second 3 would apply to a waitress.

first of all, when you ask for something, it might be more correct to use "may I" than "can I". secondly, when you order, you simply tell the waiter/waitress what you want to have, like: I'd like to have.. chicken breast please.. caviar please.. etc. thirdly, when you finally got all these figured out, you say "cheers!" as you do the toast.
