What do guys REALLY think of women who sleep with them on a first date?

Someone in these answers mentioned that guys and girls are equal and that the question should have been "What do you think of PEOPLE who sleep together on a first date". Well unfortunately, even in this day and age, we still have double standards - I don't think it's something that we will ever shake off. If a girl sleeps around then she's a tart, a slag, a whore, a ****, the list goes on! How many derogatory names can you think of for guys who sleep around? No, they're considered studs and real men! It's SO unfair, cos WOMEN LOVE SEX TOO!!!

Some guys don't care if you do or not. Most guys think the woman is easy. I think that girl is honest. The real question here is what do women want. If you want to sleep on the first date to see if you click with the guy in physical level after you feel comfortable with him before that and you DO NOT follow your heart just because you fear that he may think you are easy .. then u r not being honest. If the guy thinks you are easy JUST because you slept with him on first date then that's all he valued you for .. sex... he doesn't even care what kind of person are you. Why be with him ?
So my suggestion is if you wanna sleep on your first date .. go ahead ... if you don;t want to ... its your choice. Just do yourself a favor and don;t decide that based on what the guy would think of you. If he values you as a person he will like you no matter what. If he doesn't then he is gonna leave sooner or later.

Now that I'm a little older, I'd rather get to know her a little better first.
Honestly, I worry that she has some kind of emotional problem, and that she will end up being trouble.
It may be unfair to think that, but you asked.
PS Interesting addition to your question! Why is there a double standard? Partly culture, probably unfair. But it may also be somehow "instinctive." It appears that in much of the animal kingdom, makes seek to impregnate many females, to keep their "lineage" alive. Yet females provide more of the care for their young and therefore are much more selective in mating, to ensure the "best" seed for offspring - to make the time and energy investmed worthwhile. Maybe somehow that concept carries over into humans - people somehow feeling that the woman is behaving "improperly." This sounds horribly sexist, but I'm trying to think of an answer.

Well I don't think that the men should be thinking any lower of the women when they too had sex on the first date...Women and Men are equal people!!!! DAMN!!! What century are you people livin in?
The question should have been what do you think of people who sleep together on the first date?...that would have been more PC!

I like women like that!!! Your both adults with desires and needs so if you jump in the sack on the first date who cares? There will be some immature boys who'll take the sex and not want anything more to do with you but there will be others who will want to get to get closer too. Love is a crap shoot!

I might be old-fashioned, but I wouldn't sleep with anyone on a 1st date, and I'd be a bit concerned about anyone who would do that.
I prefer to meet someone a few times and get to know them better before sleeping together. I'm happy with the way I am, and with doing it that way.

It all depends on so many other factors. It might be a first date, but how long had you know each other beforehand. If you are not such strangers to each other it may not be such a bad thing. I guess what really counts is how you feel about them 24hrs after the event.

It depends on what led up to the act. If she just wants to go to bed with no interaction then it is just a one night stand. If the act was slow coming thru the night of time spent then it could be the start of a good relationship.

I dont think bab of anyone who sleeps with me on the first date , ive slept with someone within hours of meeting them in a club .Providing ur both adults why not enjoy eachother and then go ur seperate ways ? if you decied you like each other to see each other again good luck to u but if not u can both chalk ur bed post and move on .

who cares its just sex. how can a guy think bad about her when he is sleeping with here the first night. everyone has sex some more then others. if she wants it on the first date then let her have it.
