Blinking is a natural reflex meant to protect your eyes.Frequent blinking is called a "tic".It does not disappear normally.You may wear glasses that are of photo sun the frame of glasses should be big.

Could be that you are suffering from dry eyes. The eye blinks to lubricate itself.
See your eye doctor. If this is the case, he will perscribe some moisturising drops.

It's a neuron misfiring somewhere in your brain. It will go away on it's own.
