What credit company does GEMB/PCR stand for on a credit report?

I "think" GEMB is the finance arm of General Electric. GEMB is the source for many private label credit cards like Walmart & J.C. Penney. I'm not sure of PCR.

I had GEMB come up with my JC Penny Credit card. I suppose PCR stands for Private Card R???
