I too find my strength and my peace in my Creator and in my Savior. Prayer brings me the most inner peace. Thank you everyone for your kind and thoughtful answers.

I have found peace and strength to get me through the hard times in life through having a personal relationship with Jesus. I am not for any particular religion, that is really a worship style someone likes more than the other, i don't want to get into all that. But i have personally experienced it. Even though I fall short at times of doing the right thing, there is a loving heavenly Father waiting to help us. read the Bible, I would suggest the book of John, then also Romans.

Well, I don't have a faith, but... The meaning and peace in my life comes from the love I share with friends and family and from the knowledge that I am connected to every other living being, and even to every non-living object in the universe.

My inner peace comes from having a perpetual goal of learning, changing, and growing as a person. Improving myself, doing good in the world - that gives me inner peace.

I been here before in my life. I personally, had to completely trust in Jesus to get my strength, peace and most inner peace. Because can't no man or woman or give you that. No matter how much in love you are with someone, they can't give that. Get on your knees and pray and be sincere when you talk to the Lord. Believe me he will hear you. You are not alone in this battle, keep your head up. Love You

I hate to sound cliched, but I find my strength and peace through God. While I may find fault with organized religion, I have never found fault with God. He is the source of my strength, and through Him all things are possible. I don't believe that makes me a weak person - it makes me twice as strong. Why carry the weight of the world on my shoulders when He'll carry it for me?

I find my strength and peace in love towards my merciful God, and feeling that he looks at me and he loves me.
Prayer brings me the most inner peace, and being in sacred places or in presence of holy people or even attending their resting place. It enlightens my heart and makes me feel I am in heaven and my eyes fills with shiny tears.

I find my strength in the Holy Spirit. I find my peace in Jesus Christ. Know my God is in control. The Word. I believe in the Trinity Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The three make one. God is in control of my life because I choose to do His will and trust Him. Without God I can do nothing. If anyone should doubt me check out my source.
