First of all, any kind of eggs - scrambled, fried, boiled, omelette - makes a great breakfast and takes barely any time. Sometimes, I boil a bunch of eggs and then put them in the refrigerator so I can eat them for breakfast throughout the week. Omelettes are also great and you can put any thing in them, like chunks of cheese, torn up basil, or vegetables.

If you want even less effort you could eat fresh fruit and toast, or instant oatmeal, or yogurt (with fruit or cereal in it). So many options...

Cereal and toast.
Or a fried egg topped with cheese between two pieces of buttered toast or english muffins.
Or a slim-fast shake.
Or a banana and a Cliff bar.
Or eggo waffles!
Or french bread spread with nutela, grapes, and a hard boiled egg cooked the previous day.
Or granola.
Or instant oatmeal w/toast.
If nothing else, at least eat some trail mix before you leave the house or take it with you. Breakfast if very important, so it's good you're going to make sure you have it each morning! :o)

I usually have half a toasted bagel with cream cheese or a piece of toast with peanut butter and cheese. If I oversleep I grab a granola bar and run out the door.

Something with protein is the best way to kick-start your brain. So peanut butter is an excellent choice. Cheese has protein too.

Fruit is fast. Try bananas, oranges, blueberries and strawberries.

Toast and jelly or toast and jam are fast, too.

Oatmeal is easy, and it's good for you. The old-style stuff takes about 5 minutes in the microwave, and other instant stuff cooks even faster. You can even buy pre-flavored fast-cooking packets. If it's too bland, add trail mix.
