Should people have to reapply for their job after so long?

Just because you were considered the best candidate for your job when you got it does not mean at all that you are necessarily still the best candidate.

Plenty of people still do their job long after they stopped being good at it.

You must. Man should be optimist. Man is always fit for job in the field of his interest.

Would be used by employers to get rid of staff they didn't like.
