We were at my office on a confrence call when the person on the phone said something fuunny. She was on the other side of my desk covered her mouth when she started laughing then reached over my desk to touch my hand

I'd say that woman feels really comfortable with that man and that man has tickled that woman's fancy. Very good start! But take things slow. Just because she put her hand on your leg doesn't mean she wants to jump your bone.....yet.

Yes without a doubt. Is a women does that its her sub-concious telling her that shes into him (speaking from experience) If she only sees you as a friend she would not only give you 'im not interested signals' but she would also do anything not to touch you so you would'nt get the wrong signals.

Yes. Action speaks louder than words. But that depends as well where she touches you. Arm would be friendly. Legs would be physical attraction.

I'm a man, but I'm saying NO, not necessarily.
That very thing has happened to me right in front of my wife and she was not interested, she is just that way. She's a very good friend of ours.

If I just met a man, I wouldnt be touching either. It probably means that shes easy, in a friendly manner or sexually....

Not really. I'm a very touchy person. I wouldn't with someone I just met but it is an affection gesture but it could just be, "I like talking to you"

not always, they could just be a person that is really affectionate or "touchy feely." the best way to find out is to ask or use gut instinct....but by using instinct you may come off wrong in thinking what they arent. i would just hint at in in question form, and you'll find out. :-D
