Oh man I know that feeling. The other day I wolfed down 2 snickers for lunch, back to back. First, do not feel guilty, this will not help anything. Just eat real light for dinner, maybe a bowl of cereal or a salad. Be sure to exercise for 30 mins before you go to bed. The worse thing you could do is decide to eat whatever you want since you "messed up" at lunch.

Burn off more calories than you put into your system....

Twix's about 300 calories, sweets loads too: you must run up and down the stairs 200 times!

You've already had lunch? WHere are you? It's 8:30 in the morning here! Obviously, choosing more healthy foods would help.

From your supposed picture, you look like you're doing a pretty good job doing whatever it is that your doing. But my suggestion would be to go out to a park and strap-on a pair of roller blades and do about 4 miles a night and you will be just fine.
