As a black man am I allowed to attain a position of power within the LDS? Could I eventually be a Prophet in the church? Can you list some prominent black people who have attained positions of power within the LDS for me? Im looking to join, but I dont want to just sit in the back pews and hold the door open for others.
Oh one other thing....do you still consider Black people as "cursed"?

Why would you WANT to be a part of this religion? Is it the multiple wife thing? I've never met a black Mormon. I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment here.

Yes, yes, don't know enough people in positions of power to be able to answer, but the Elders Quorum President in our Ward is black, and finally, no. Not sure we ever did.

Check the Mormon doctrine against the Bible before immersing yourself into Mormonism.
Side note* - Black people were originally excluded from being Mormons, check the history.

Do you have anything better to do? I see that you have posted several questions within the last few hours about the LDS church. If you dont agree with it, that's fine. But maybe you find something better to do woth your time.
