It's my sister Dani's birthday on Friday & I need help.
She will b 21 & I have no idea what I could get her.
Dani is easy going & has loads of stuff & all that, she doesn't live @ home she lives 3 miles away with her partner Chris who she has been with 4 the past 3yrs.
Chris is a great guy & he is going 2 buy her a new watch with matching bracelet & necklace. My parents r getting her some gift vouchers.
But, I want 2 get her something unique.I need Something 4 her 2 remember her 21st by. Also 2 say that I mayb an annoying little brother but I love her & I always will.
Any ideas? all ideas will be greatly received as long as they r within reason.

How about writing her a little story about how you two first met and how you feel about her tell her how important she is too you. That sort of stuff really.
But the ideas about putting some pictures of you both on disc to put on her computer so that she can use it as a screen saver or even print the pictures off to put it a frame is a great idea.
What a great little brother you are. And your piccy is cute too.

How about a gold chain with some sort of pendant on, something that would be unique to u 2 growing up, I don't know, maybe if you were into horses, buy a Horse pendant, u know something like that, you could also get a load of photo's of both of you growing up and have them all put onto a CD so she can put them into the computer and look at them, maybe a picture of you to together take it and have an oil painting done of it, you could also pay to have a picture done of her as she is now, one of these that she has a make over and they do a picture of her, now that would be very nice, she can then hang it on her wall with a sense of pride, something she will always be able to remember as when she was 21!! I like the last suggestion to be honest. Good luck with what ever you decided on, and I hope she has a lovely 21st Birthday.

A pretty necklace with a locket so you can put a photo in each side of you both, photo album with family pictures in, some of the stately homes have a thing were you can sponsor a bird or other animal for a year, a rose grower might be willing to name a rose after her, you can have a tree planted for her and she will be able to watch it grow over the years to remind her your both as solid as that tree, hope whatever you get her she loves it as much as you love your sister, awe aren't you a lovely brother, good luck.

I think saying in a card just what you said here is the best gift,as far as something material wine glasses,does she collect any thing? A framed picture of the 2 of you as little kids,a gift certificate for dinner for 2 at her favorite restaurant,Does she have a favorite desert that you could make her say cookies,girls any age like candles and your personal card could say something about time burning so fast by that you wanted her to know(what you wrote above)GOD bless your heart

Why not get her a cute gold charm that says "always 21" or "forever 21" something she can add on to her favorite necklace or bracelet.

Arrange a portrait sitting for the two of you - just the two of you. Buy her whatever picture(s) she wants.
And/or you can use one of those pictures or find a really good childhood picture of the two of you to make a picture pendant or locket. (See link below for example. I have no connection to this company. It's just the first site I found to explain what I mean. You can probably find a local jeweler that will do this.)

Could you make a photo album for her with pictures of you two growing up?
Or get her a book about brothers and their big sisters.
Or write her a poem, or make her a picture, or create something that is unique for her.
If you have one of those paint-your-own pottery places in your town, you could make her a vase, or a mug (especially if she likes coffee, tea or hot chocolate - and then you could give her some of her favorite beverage to go in it.) And that is really fun to do.

Invite your sister to dinner along with your mom,dad,Chris.cook some of her favourite dishes yourself .if you don't have any idea of cooking open up a cook book or take help of someone who knows it.
gifts need not to be neccessarily things but efforts too.this will something really unique and your sister will always remember it and appreciate your efforts if you are not much into cooking .
take some photos of this event and later gift them to her as a momento.
