The reason why I am asking this question is because my chihuahua's babies were coming out today.

Shouldn't have to take anything out. They should come out on their own. Call your vet if you suspect there will be problems with the birthing.

The mom should do most of the work. Just stand by in case she has any trouble.

call a vet- take to a vet,.or get a vet there.
