God can and do see everybody. He isn't a pervert because his perception of things is spiritual not natural. Being a pervert is something that is in the mind of a person. The human mind is carnal and entertain vain thoughts. God thought and ways can not be compared to human thoughts and ways.

He created the human body to be functional and even gave it the ability to reproduce more copies of its self.
Angels are direct creations and do not have this ability.
However we are made, like any good parent he watches over his children. No more than a parent is a pervert. He wants to cleanse this earth of all wickedness.
1 Peter 3:9 says he is not slow respecting his promisebut he is patient becasue he does not want anyone to die.
He wants all of his children to quit doing bad things so they don't have to die. But soon he will have to cleanse this earth of all wickedness.

There was energy and when that energy became aware of itself it became God. There is nothing perverted about it. Everything we do in our lives is natural. We are the ones that deem things perverted.
