i'm not at all overweight.. all i want is to loose a few pounds to be able to eat freely without feeling guilty and so that i dont gain weight during the trip.. my question is, could anyone tell me what foods i should eat at every meal in order to lose some weight?? thanx alot in advance

do not eat fried foods and eat Row Vachel's and fruit run and walk every day about 6 times and drink lots of water.and drink milk and do allot of exercising.

eat low fat foods, stay away from breads and sweets. and i believe if you drink a glass or 2 of grapefruit juice a day it helps burn fat
