Hi.. I am looking for any online or outdoor community/organization that does social work and community service...Can anyone help me or give me a site or anything that could help me... Please tell me if you know any organization or volunteer groups...

You can start by contacting your local volunteer center - they should be able to help you find a place that best matches your interests, talents and schedule. You should be able to find them in the phone book.
If you can't find your local volunteer center, you can check out the Corporation for National Community Service's website at http:/www.cns.gov
You may also contact the Points of Light Foundation at http://www.pointsoflight.org
You may also check VolunteerMatch at http://www.volunteermatch.org
Lastly, I would recommend Volunteer Solutions (a United Way site) at http://www.volunteersolutions.org

The easiest way is to find the community organization in your area, visit the website and join.

I do not know of any online but you can call your public library and ask them and they will tell you the appropriate organizations!@
