This is easy.. there are millions of things I will just name a few...
1. You can make a romantic dinner at home, followed by a bubble bath where the whole bathroom is filled with candels and then you can give her a nice massage and make love all night
2. you can get a blanket, pack some sandwhiches and head to the park have a nice picnic and then act like kids for a while play in the playground, chase eaach other etc. it will be fun
3. you can get a blanket, some sandwhiches and head on out to the beach (at night) just sit and talk you can lay down and look at teh beautiful sky and then have crazy sex on teh beach..
4. get a shoe box.. decorate it and put inside of it things that he/she like etc a picture of you two, a little stuffed animal some kisses the candy etc you get the point and put bad day box on the lid drop it off at wrok or at her house with a note telling her that whenever she has a ad day to just open her little box and everything will just go away...

Take a long walk in a good park. Or a short hike in the woods. If they like nature, that is.
If not... well, I think urban areas all require spending some cash. Perhaps take her to a museum on a free-of-charge day, most museums have those, once a week.

Aside from the obvious... Take her for a walk somewhere with a view. Cook her a meal with food that's already in the house - although make sure it's not out of date, that's hardly romantic. Just tell her that you love her, that should keep her smiling for a while!

you can always go for a walk and just talk most girl don't always like to have money spent on them all the time. You can also have a date at home. watch a movie have a little dinner with her or again just sit and talk or cuddle up on the couch. Because girls like to talk and like to be heard

get it on in the bedroom!!! Run her a hot bath, massage her whilst shes there - continue the massage into the bedroom then please her till she cant take any more!
And talk is VERY cheap - tell her what she means to you and how much you love her etc etc
