Use of technology - most states that use red light cameras report a huge decrease in red light collisions
Demographics of accidents by age - look up the Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) - they have tons of good info

try to refer overdrive magazine ,in the starting there's a letter section where people write about all safety ,accidents and there opinion to resolve it try to read it and collect the main points in the letters
