Honestly...this is different for everyone. Just go to a place that interests you (ie concerts,book stores, etc). Your sure to find someone who you can share a common interest with. This common interest can in turn lead to a relationship.

Weekend Pubs at any European country side. Particularly visit any Scandenavian countries like Sweden , Norway etc.
