You are a very transparent atheist with a warped sense of humor, and (as an open minded Christian), you are funny in an abstract way.

God bless!

I'm going to guess that you are an Atheist, and you're posing as a Christian just to see what nut-bag answers you get to this question! (I wouldn't think a Christian would refer to her/his own religion as "stupid! What's hilarious is that no one has noticed!)

Furthermore, the Atheists I know, though smart, are not mean. Most have a wicked sense of humor, which I share. Also, typically Atheists respect people who choose religion, even though they don't agree.

You gain respect by giving respect. By posting Questions like this your making atheists hate the Christian religion even more. It only takes one or two Christians to make an atheists pissed off and hate all kinds of Christians. We live in the year 2006, everyone knows who God is so we dont have to go door to door, that's usually Jehovah witness and it pisses me off as a Lutheran.

If an Atheists is harassing you about you being a Christian, just ignore it, but usually you started something first...like a question like this

Why do you need them to respect your religion? And in what sense? I'm sure some do and some don't. It's not like athiests think that all religions are stupid. They respect the different religion and cultures. Doesn't mean they have to agree with them.

I don't think atheists have cornered that market just yet........I think acceptance is something that could be learned across the board, and not just in religion. If we all learned to be more accepting of others' differences we'd be avoiding a lot of stress and nastiness in life!!!

Curious questions. And she scores 2 points because someone isn't tooooo bright. Wonder if that you be YOU----I am sorry you don't think of yourself as bright because I find your questions to be illuminatingly transparant.

No one will respect "your" religion if you keep calling it "stupid". Would you?

Apparently you don't respect your religion if you have one!

Grace unto you and peace,
From God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Two Bible parts are played: "their part" vs "your part".
http://www.godshew.org/TheirPartYourPart.htm

"Their part", has "their end", which is according to "their works" in 2Cor 11: grace + law = life + death = dead end. Eg: Heb 7:23 reveals law folk aren't allowed to continue (human race) "by reason of death". Eg: Heb 11 reveals "these all died" and "received not the promise".

Athiests: described in Rom 1: 28-32. But "their" part is not only the part of athiests, but the part of "many" shall come, and notably to "deceive" you, if it's possible. And unless you have the mind of Christ, become incorruptible grace, then it's possible.

"their" foolish heart, "their" lust, "their" error, "their" ways, etc

Your part is to use the "sound mind" (we have the mind of Christ: the end of the law) God hath given you to think, reason, and also when evangelizing to "make full proof of thy ministry"; not blindly believe every spirit. is an athiest become your enemy simply because they won't believe your silly woman law law? If your law law is as a kingdom dividead, against itself (law vs law), then perhaps it shall fall, to desolation. "Your part" is to make him on the "contrary part" ashamed, and to do it without making yourself ashamed in the process. Eg: Paul says: I speak to your shame, but I am not ashamed. Perhaps he does it by opening and closing with grace, which is not against any, but rather "with you all", which notably begins with "you".

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
